Internet disconnect regulation in France

The French Senate has accepted a three strikes regulation for Internet users who download copyrighted entertainment media with paying no money for it. If, after two warnings, a person continues to download pirated multimedia files, the internet service companies would stop internet access for one year.

Website idea came to me after long discussions about computers that I had over time, when friends less initiated in computers was asking me a lot of questions computer's related. I thought it would be good for others, with less knowledge in IT to find answers they need.
