			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The French Senate has accepted a three strikes regulation for Internet users who download copyrighted entertainment media with paying no money for it. If, after two warnings, a person continues to download pirated multimedia files, the internet service companies would stop internet access for one year. </p>
<p>The legislation approved with an enormous cross-party preponderance of 297 votes to 15. Only a handful of conservatives, centrists and socialists voted in opposition to this, while the Communists abstained. In passing the bill, the senators discarded an amendment proposed by Senator Bruno Retailleau of the right-wing MPF party replacing internet cut-off with a fine. &#8230; </p>
<p>The new statement sets up a altercation linking France and Brussels. In September, the European Parliament accepted by a large mass a revision prohibition internet cut-off.</p>
