Crazy money for Web Domains
Hearing crazy stories about web domains sold for big bucks I decided to take a look on one of the most active websites which are offering domain appraisals and a big market for selling/buying websites – sedo.com.
Believe it or not (you’ll actually believe it because here is the list), I’ve got an idea about what’s going on with the web market and yes is crazy stuff – a lot of domain names sold most of them for too much money in my opinion.

- Betin.com sold for $14,600 – Already on sale for 10,000 EUR!

- Ioffer.co.uk sold for $11,500

Domains sold for big bucks but very ugly (wondering who is visiting these websites):
- Talk.com sold for $500,000
- Musicvideos.com sold for $250,000
- Metal.com sold for $165,000
- Dating.mobi sold for $73,000
- Automotiveparts.com sold for $50,000
- Gold.co.uk sold for 42,050 GBP
- Beijing.de sold for 35,000 EUR
- Regcomfeb10port.com (what the heck is this name and how can somebody pay that money for it?!?) sold for $26,000
- Bii.com sold for $17,500
- Dogsbite.com sold for $11,000
- Freestay.com sold for 10,000 GBP

I have heard of this but this money for these domains is insane. I cannot believe people are paying this much for domains.
