if you want to make a bootable disc of windows 7.
you install IMGBURN (free software).
it easily make bootable windows7 dvd
nero always say "intall.wim is larger than 2 gb".
you need to download tutorial of making a bootable dvd of windows 7 using imgburn.simple!!!!!!
        (i tried it personely)

@Crazer

there's a tiny piece of software (freeware) called HJSplit, download it and it will help you to split and join files bigger than 4.7GB and therefore it would be easier to burn such files on multiple DVDs. Also, you can set the size of the splitted parts. All you have to do after burning is to copy the content of DVDs in the same folder and tell HJSplit to join it in one file.
HJSplit works as a swiss watch and for years never let me down.

p.s. HJSplit works with .iso files so you have to make your big file an ISO file before splitting. use DaemonToolsLite for it (its also free)
