		<description>&lt;p&gt;Katherius I&#039;m not talking about that situation when the admin banned the access to the Task Manager. This situation is likely happened when you got a malware as Gad said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately I don&#039;t have that kind of good antivirus on my PC and I am in this situation almost everyday.  I thought that a little help for others in a similar situation is priceless :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

		<description>If the administrator disabled your task manager, then it&#039;s highly problable that he already removed your administrator authority. And you cannot edit the registry if you&#039;re not a local admin.</description>
