I was trying a lot in the last years to figure out which help desk softwares on the market is good for small and medium size companies. After a while I realized that this kind of softwares are good but not perfect, it doesn’t change to much the income of the company. This is because the help desk software couldn’t replace the people. One good employee can increase more than double the profitability of the company comparative with any computer program from this field of help desk.

Maybe a good idea is to use free desk software. In this case you don’t need to pay thousand of dollars for a soft and you can keep your employees.

But what is a help desk? It is an entity, regularly an employee or just a software through which problems or issues can be reported and managed. Before of computers era peoples was the central key in reporting and solving the problems.
